Sketch-o-Rama

There’s a new post over on Ben’s blog featuring some new RDCCDX artwork.  Peep that ish.

Rough RDCCDX Poster

The artwork is still in it’s sketch form, but will soon be evolving into it’s inked and then colored forms.  Maybe even a poster or two if we get the Merch Gym Badges.  Gotta go wander around in the grass looking for some battles first.

In other news, our pal Matt Myers, the curator of our RDCCDX Facebook Fanpage, made a nifty little Season 1 Opening Credits sequence out of all our RDCCDX vids.  Totally awesome.  Watch it here.

Battles for Battle Music

When we last left For Tax Reasons, Episode 4 of Ronin Dojo Community College DX: Digital Pirates of Dark Water was ironically muted by the Warner Music Group for containing unauthorized material- a Balzac song.  Now, it’s BACK UP BABY!  Check it out.

How did we do it?   First, we took the obvious legal route.  Packed up several briefcases with legal sized paper, grabbed a few legal pads, stopped at Legal Seafood for a quick lunch, and then walked right up to the front door of the U.S. Supreme Court.   The government politely asked us to leave.  We refused.  So they impolitely asked us to leave.  This hurt our feelings, but we still refused.  Then they tried reverse psychology and told us we better stay- the world outside the Supreme Court was too dangerous for two little babies like us.  We shouted back “Who you calling babies?” and left in a huff.  Not even going back for our juice boxes and graham crackers we had been saving for nap time.

After that we thought, screw the legal system, let’s just get Dan Dzula and his band Heroic Cities to come up with an awesome new theme song to put into the video.  They came up with a super rad new jam, and now it is back up.  So go watch it and listen to the new music.  And for a limited time, you can download the song for free HERE.  DO IT!
